The history of the Zvon Residence building dates back to 1796, and with every visit you’ll be enveloped by the unforgettable atmosphere of its historic surroundings. The Zvon Residence is situated in the Podyjí National Park. Its location and close proximity to Austria make it the perfect base for exploring the local beauty spots on foot or by bike. We’d be happy to advise you on which monuments and places of interest are worth visiting. As we are situated in a region closely associated with wine, you can also discover our Buchmayer Winery during your stay. We can arrange a visit to the wine cellars and vineyards, where you can enjoy guided or unguided wine tastings or gain an insight into the wine-making process itself. It's about a 45-minute drive to the centre of Zagreb, and you'll be surrounded by peace, greenery and views of the hills. The house accommodates up to 8 guests and is exclusively yours. It has 3 bedrooms: a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed, a first-floor bedroom with a double bed, and a loft room with two beds, and the living room also has a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms and a separate WC by the pool. The grounds of approximately 4,500 m² feature a heated infinity pool, open from 1st April to 31st October. The Jacuzzi and sauna are available all year round, and for rainy days and evenings, there is a games room with a pool table and a konoba.
