Paco's Restaurant stands on the Carrer de Ramon de Montcada in Costa de la Calma, on the western edge of Santa Ponsa. It is one of the best-reviewed places in this part of the coast, and it sits on the same short street as Las Olas — a residential road a few minutes back from the water rather than a stretch of the resort avenue.
The restaurant had a website and the domain no longer resolves, so nothing is written here about the kitchen: we can point at no source for it, and guessing would be worse than saying nothing. The telephone number works and is the way to ask what is on and to book a table.
The opening hours are the same every day of the week, half past twelve to half past ten at night, with no closing day and no afternoon break — which in a resort where a good part of the strip shuts between three and seven is the practical thing to know.
Costa de la Calma runs west from Santa Ponsa towards Peguera. It is the quieter side: houses and apartments rather than hotels, and a walk of a few minutes to either the beach or the main avenue.
