Auberge d’Alle

Auberge d'Alle offers a more leisurely restaurant stop on Rue de Liboichant in Alle-sur-Semois. Carole Hulsebos and her team run the hotel and restaurant, whose dining room includes a fireplace. The house describes a flexible menu from which guests can compose a meal of three, four or five courses, so this is a useful address when the meal itself is part of the evening's plan.

The restaurant's dedicated dining page emphasises fresh ingredients and a menu that changes with the seasons. Its published dinner service runs from 18:30 to 21:00 every day. Art is another distinctive part of the Auberge. The Corneille bar displays works by the artist whose name it carries, and other artists' work is shown through the hotel.
