Restoran Francesco

Restoran Francesco opened in Sukošan in 2012 and combines a sea-view terrace with Mediterranean cooking led by chef Frane Pavić. Fish, homemade pasta and Croatian wines are central to the restaurant's identity. The menu is broad enough for a leisurely seafood meal, a plate of pasta or a family table with different preferences.

Starters include sea-bass carpaccio, tuna tartare, octopus salad and cuttlefish arancini. Among the pasta dishes, pljukanci appear with scampi and clams, truffles or porcini.
