Ristorante Belamì occupies a historic building on Via Roma, within a property that brings together a restaurant, hotel, bar and wine cellar. Contemporary furnishings give the old building a modern character. The restaurant offers an à la carte menu spanning seafood and meat, with a particularly extensive selection of raw fish and shellfish. A five course tasting menu, including dessert, provides another way to explore the kitchen when the whole table chooses the same approach.

Raw preparations include yellowfin tuna tartare with samphire, parsley sauce and anchovy, and amberjack carpaccio with sweet and sour red onion and Dijon mustard. Cooked starters range from salt cod in tempura to glazed octopus with soy and a rosemary flavored broad bean cream. Cured meat with burrata and a Fassona beef preparation give alternatives beyond seafood.

Pasta and rice continue that balance. There are linguine with sea urchin, citrus risotto with red prawn ragù, and mezzi paccheri with Chianina beef ragù and aged Grana Padano fondue. Main courses include roasted sea bass, seared tuna, mixed fried seafood, beef fillet and grilled beef rib. The fish selection also includes the day's catch.

Desserts bring together vanilla ice cream, homemade tarts, fruit and lemon sorbet. Elsewhere in the property, the wine cellar pairs its selection with cheese boards. Belamì also offers meals as gifts, with the possibility of combining the restaurant experience with a stay in its guest rooms.
