Štacija Restaurant is part of Hotel Štacija on the seafront promenade in Kaštel Lukšić. Its terrace places the meal close to the water, while the kitchen builds on Mediterranean ingredients such as olive oil, tomatoes and fish supplied by local fishermen. The restaurant is useful for an evening out along the Kaštela coast, with a seasonal à la carte service and a separate year-round bar offer.

The dinner menu moves from sea bass carpaccio and prawn tartare to pasta with smoked mussels, cuttlefish ragù and prawn risotto. A traditional seafood stew comes with squid-ink pasta, while sea bass fillet and Adriatic tuna provide other fish choices. Zucchini carpaccio, pesto pasta with semi-dried tomatoes and a bulgur-and-vegetable bowl give the menu a vegetable-focused side.

Meat dishes include dry-aged ribeye, beef Wellington and pork cheeks prepared in the style of pašticada with homemade gnocchi. If you would like a shared peka meal, contact the restaurant ahead: veal and octopus versions require advance ordering and a minimum of four portions. Whole fish from the grill also needs to be pre-ordered.
