Start with the existing setup as a host or partner. If you are not signed in, you go to sign-in first and then return to the connection.
Setup does not start a booking. You need an eligible BookNoFees host or partner account and an AI assistant that supports the integration.

Can I already book a property on BookNoFees with ChatGPT?
Not yet through a complete personal-assistant booking workflow. Hosts and partners can already access eligible data of their own. Completing bookings through personal AI agents is our next major development goal. On the website, you can already book or request a stay yourself.
Can I connect AI without a BookNoFees account?
To access your own listings, calendars and booking data, you need an eligible account and must explicitly authorize access. The current connection is for hosts and partners. You can view this information page and public property pages without that connection.
Can my assistant manage my entire host account?
Managing an entire host account is a future goal. The existing host integration primarily gives personal AI assistants read access to the account owner’s listings, calendars and bookings. Price changes, listing changes and complete bookings through personal AI agents are not available yet.
What is the difference between AI travel planning and AI booking?
In AI travel planning, an assistant helps with ideas and suggestions, for example. Our vision goes further: the agent should check actual availability, price and conditions and be able to book a vacation rental according to your instructions.
Will I have to use AI?
No. You can continue to discover vacation rentals, contact hosts and book yourself. Connecting your personal assistant is an additional option.
