Auberge Aux Portes de Conques

Auberge Aux Portes de Conques is a hotel and restaurant in Saint-Cyprien-sur-Dourdou, within the commune of Conques-en-Rouergue. Stéphanie and chef Christophe have welcomed guests here since 2007. The restaurant combines an indoor dining room with a flowered terrace shaded by trees, giving visitors a choice of settings within the same village inn. The cooking has a strong regional character. Starters range from country charcuterie and seasonal raw vegetables to salads with cured duck, ham, or Roquefort.
