Castore & Polluce - Lounge Bar & Wine Restaurant

Castore & Polluce stands on Piazza Tache, the square at the heart of Gressoney-La-Trinité, and is open from eight in the morning until late at night. The day starts with espresso and homemade cakes; later the kitchen serves modern dishes made from local produce, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices.

There are three places to sit: the terrace on the square, the Castore room - an alpine lounge around the bar - and the quieter Polluce room, where the wine is kept. An AIS-certified sommelier looks after around 250 labels and leads tastings, and in the ski season the day ends with after-ski sets from a DJ.
