De Loire & d'Ailleurs

De Loire & d'Ailleurs is the restaurant of chef Bryan Laubin and dining room manager Amandine Dumas at Les Rosiers-sur-Loire. Their approach brings southern French influences into an Anjou setting, drawing particularly on Provence and the Landes while keeping local ingredients in view. The published summer menu illustrates how those influences meet: an Anjou salad combines rillauds, mushrooms and Tomme de Loire, while snails come from Cornillé-les-Caves.
