HO Restaurant Rimsting

HO Restaurant on Priener Straße combines Vietnamese cooking with Japanese sushi in Rimsting. The approach gives a table several ways to build a meal: a bowl of broth and noodles, a hot wok dish, or a selection of rolls and fish. Pho is a central part of the kitchen's identity, pairing rice noodles with fresh herbs and a slowly prepared broth. The restaurant describes versions with beef, chicken, tofu or vegetables, making this more than a single fixed dish. Vietnamese starters include crisp spring rolls filled with pork, glass noodles and vegetables, and summer rolls wrapped in rice paper with herbs, salad and a hoisin dip. A green papaya salad with prawns adds another fresh option. Among the warm dishes are fried wheat noodles with egg and seasonal vegetables, udon in red curry, and wok tossed beef with peppers and onions. The sushi selection includes nigiri, sashimi and rolls, with salmon, tuna, prawns, avocado and cucumber appearing in different combinations. Vegetarian sushi is explicitly part of the offer. The room is presented as a warmly lit setting for couples, friends and family meals, with the Chiemgau Alps contributing to the restaurant's sense of place. An online reservation service lets guests arrange a table ahead of their visit. A separate ordering shop provides another way to browse the dishes and place an order. The range is particularly useful for a group whose members want different styles of Asian food while sharing one meal.
