Il Covo

Il Covo is an Italian restaurant on Via Conversano in Castellana Grotte, with a broad food offer that includes pizza, burgers and local recipes. It also presents a buffet, giving diners another way to explore the kitchen alongside individually chosen dishes. The combination makes it a practical possibility for a party whose members want different kinds of food at the same table. For visitors planning a meal together, deciding between a pizza, a burger and regional cooking can be part of the pleasure; there is no need for everyone to begin with the same preference. The restaurant describes gluten-free and lactose-free preparations, so guests with dietary requirements have a reason to discuss their choices directly with the staff. Air-conditioned rooms provide an indoor setting, and a children’s corner gives younger guests a dedicated area. Step-free access, parking with attendant service and complimentary Wi-Fi are among the facilities offered. Payment options include cash, contactless payment, Mastercard, Visa and PayPal. Beyond meals at the restaurant, Il Covo provides home delivery and can supply catering. Private events can also be arranged with the team, making the venue relevant to family occasions and other gatherings as well as an ordinary meal out. Calling ahead is a useful way to bring a group’s needs together, especially when a celebration, a particular dietary requirement or catering is involved. The restaurant can be contacted by telephone or through its message form.
