Restaurace Fontána

Fontána combines a restaurant, pizzeria and cafe on náměstí Míru in Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. Its broad menu brings Czech favourites together with burgers, pasta and steaks, making it a practical choice when everyone at the table wants something different. Soup choices include beef broth with liver dumplings, garlic soup with ham and croutons, and cabbage soup finished with sour cream. The American burger pairs aged beef with bacon, cheddar, salad leaves and barbecue sauce in a homemade bun. A chicken version takes its inspiration from Caesar salad, with romaine lettuce, Parmesan and Caesar dressing. Among the more traditional dishes are beef goulash with Karlovy Vary style dumplings and beef cheeks cooked in red wine with mashed potatoes.
