Restaurant Jing

Restaurant Jing brings Japanese sushi, Chinese dishes and Indonesian influences together at Harderwijkerweg in Nunspeet. The restaurant uses a small plate format, with guests choosing successive rounds from a wide selection rather than committing to one main course. Its dining arrangement includes a dessert buffet, and the portions are designed for trying different dishes throughout the meal. The sushi selection ranges from salmon, tuna and prawn nigiri to cucumber and avocado maki. Other rolls combine ingredients such as omelette and cheese, crispy chicken, or cucumber, tofu and avocado. There are also hand rolls and sashimi choices. Hot dishes give the meal another direction: the griddle selection includes salmon, lamb, pork, chicken and prawns, while the wok section offers beef with black bean sauce, chicken with sweet and sour sauce, and seasonal vegetables. Familiar dishes such as babi pangang and Peking duck sit alongside soups, salads and edamame. This breadth makes it possible to build a meal around sushi, cooked dishes or a mixture of both. Jing also prepares food to take away, from individual meals to complete rice table selections and separate sushi menus. Catering menus are available for gatherings at home or work. Reservations and orders can be made by telephone, and table requests can also be sent by email. Guests are asked to mention allergies, and payment can be made with cash or a debit card.
