Restaurant Miralles

Restaurant Miralles brings the farming traditions of Horta de Sant Joan into a family hotel on Avinguda de la Generalitat. Its cooking centres on patient preparation and ingredients from the surrounding countryside: garden vegetables, local olive oil, artisan bread, naturally grazed lamb and wines from the family's vineyards. The house speciality is crestó en escabeche, a slowly prepared goat dish with a story of its own. Salvador Miralles helped preserve the local white-goat tradition after the herds of Els Ports declined.
