Revelry is an Indian tapas bar in Dubai Hills Estate, pairing a menu of small plates with a cocktail programme built around storytelling. Its Passport Menu travels through international street food, bringing Indian ingredients and preparations into dishes associated with different countries. The result is a selection that moves between tacos, dumplings, naan pizzas and rice dishes rather than following a conventional starter-and-main sequence. The Mexican section includes smashed jackfruit shami tacos with mint chutney, alongside tostadas topped with black lentils and either tandoori chicken or achari paneer. Chinese influences appear in prawn dim sum with moilee and steamed bao filled with chilli chicken or paneer. Another section pairs tandoori fish with olive and pepper sofrito, while naan pizzas carry toppings such as spinach, paneer, feta and pickled jalapeno. There are larger rice dishes too, including vegetable biryani inspired by bibimbap and lamb bourguignon served with nihari pot rice. Desserts continue the same cross-cultural approach, from chocolate with hazelnut kalakand to shokupan toast with malai cham-cham. Alongside the food, the Seven Moments cocktail collection interprets changing moods across a day through flavour and aroma. The restaurant has both bar tables and lower seating, with table allocation depending on availability. Reservations are available, and parties of four or more must book ahead. Guests with dietary requirements should discuss them before visiting: although vegetarian dishes feature on the menu, the restaurant states that it cannot accommodate vegan diets or certain serious allergies.
