Tumbao x BiBo

Tumbao x BiBo brings Dani García's BiBo cooking to the beach atmosphere of Valdevaqueros. The Tarifa venue combines the names Tumbao and BiBo in its current identity, with a menu that places familiar Andalusian ingredients beside ideas gathered from farther afield. The evening menu gives a clear picture of the style. Guacamole starts with Málaga avocado and comes with pico de gallo, coriander and crisp totopos.
