Dlabanec u Závodničky

Dlabanec u Závodničky is a small bistro in Jevišovka centred on burgers, fried accompaniments and occasional grill specials. Outdoor tables beneath a pergola give it an informal character, with lights and sometimes music adding to the setting. The burger selection comes in three sizes. The large version uses a savoury bun with minced meat, house dressing, lettuce, onion, bacon and melted cheddar. A medium burger comes in brioche, while the mini version is intended for children. Each can be ordered as a combination with fries and sauce, or as a burger on its own. Beyond burgers, the menu includes fried Gouda with fries, sauce and vegetable salad, plus cheddar fries topped with bacon and onion. Smaller fried snacks include onion rings, potato pancakes, crisps and fries. Specials can bring pork neck, ribs or pork belly to the menu, with the selection changing according to the day and season. Drinks include beer, mixed cocktails and homemade lemonades. The bistro also arranges private celebrations and group gatherings. Options include a burger party, a grill gathering beneath the pergola or a more traditional spread with schnitzels, fried cheese, small steaks and vegetable salads. A wood fired grill is used for selected events, with meats such as ribs, pork neck, pork belly and sausages. Food, drinks, service and decoration can be planned together with the team. The house recommends arranging an event at least three weeks in advance so there is time to prepare.
