Rates checked in September 2026. Under its single-fee structure, Airbnb charges most hosts 15.5%; Airbnb says other hosts typically pay between 14% and 16%. Exceptions depend on country and account type. Booking.com sets the commission rate in each accommodation agreement, and visibility programmes may increase it. This worked example uses a possible range of 15% to 25%. If Booking.com facilitates payment, the applicable payment terms and transaction cost are contract-specific. Our 3.9% cost contribution is included in the displayed total and contributes towards Stripe payment fees and refunds. BookNoFees earns nothing from it. Nothing is added at checkout and nothing is deducted from the owner. Fee models can change, so please check each platform’s current terms. About Pissouri

Staying in Pissouri

Pissouri sits on the southwest coast of Cyprus, roughly midway between Limassol and Paphos in the Limassol District. It comes in two parts: the old village, perched about three kilometres inland on the Cape Aspro ridge with its lively square, tavernas, coffee shops and old church; and Pissouri Bay below, a crescent of sand and pebble backed by white cliffs and holding a Blue Flag for water quality. The surrounding valley is farming and vine country, known for table grapes, almonds, carob and local halloumi. The bay is quieter than the big resort strips, with clear swimming, a beach bar and water sports in summer. May to October brings the warmest, driest beach weather, while spring and autumn are calmer and good for the coastal hiking trails. A hire car is genuinely useful here, since the village, bay and nearby sights are spread out and public transport is limited. Pissouri suits couples, families and slower travellers who want beach days plus a real village base.

Holiday homes in Pissouri — FAQ

Where exactly is Pissouri and how do I get there?

It is on the south coast between Limassol and Paphos, both about 34 km away via the A6 motorway. Paphos International Airport is the closest, roughly 33 km; Larnaca Airport is around 100 km.

What's the difference between Pissouri village and Pissouri Bay?

The old village sits inland on a ridge about three km up, centred on its square and tavernas. Pissouri Bay is the coastal area below, with the beach, seafront restaurants and much of the holiday accommodation.

Is the beach any good?

Pissouri Bay holds a Blue Flag for water quality and safety, with clear water, a mix of sand and pebbles, sunbeds, a beach bar and summer water sports. It stays noticeably calmer than the busier beaches nearer the cities.

Do I need a car?

A hire car is strongly recommended. The village, bay and nearby sights like Aphrodite’s Rock and Ancient Kourion are spread out, and local bus service is limited, so a car makes exploring the coast far easier.

How does booking on BookNoFees work?

Choose a Pissouri stay and send your dates to the host. For a booking request, Stripe first places a card hold for the full amount; the host has 48 hours to accept, and only then is the amount captured. Instant Book is charged immediately after Stripe confirms payment.

Can I message the Pissouri host before I book?

Yes. Ask the host through BookNoFees about check-in, parking, the walk to the beach or nearby car hire. If the booking is accepted, payment is completed securely through the BookNoFees checkout and Stripe.
