Sha Wynwood

Sha Wynwood is a Mediterranean restaurant with Asian influences in the Wynwood district of Miami, established in 2022. It is arranged as three connected spaces — a restaurant, a terrace and a lounge — and the character of the place changes as the evening goes on.

The kitchen describes its menu as Euro-Asian-American, built on local ingredients and its own recipes, with wines, champagnes and signature cocktails alongside. Dinner is the serious part of the night. Later the room turns over to live music and DJs, so an early table and a late one are two different experiences of the same address, and it is worth deciding which one you came for.

Opening hours run Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am, and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 2:00 am — so the weekend adds a daytime service the weekdays do not have. Reservations are taken by telephone.

Wynwood is Miami's arts district, north of downtown, best known for the painted walls that cover much of the neighbourhood and for the galleries, breweries and shops that grew up around them. Northwest 25th Street sits in the middle of that, which makes this an easy stop to combine with an afternoon spent walking and looking.
