North of the crowds, Mid-Beach and North Beach trade some of the buzz for quieter oceanfront blocks and mid-century MiMo architecture. The wide public beach and warm Atlantic water anchor the days; the bars, clubs and restaurants keep the nights going. It is a place that rewards both people-watching and doing very little at all. Renting an apartment or condo here can put you within walking distance of the sand and the Deco District.
