Connect Smoobu to BookNoFees
You manage your vacation homes in Smoobu? Paste your Smoobu API key once, and your apartments, calendars and prices are on BookNoFees. 0% commission, nothing to pay for listing, and you keep every other portal.

Three steps, about two minutes
- In Smoobu, open Settings, then Advanced, then API keys, and create a key. Smoobu shows two lines: "Label" and "Encryption".
- In your BookNoFees account, open "Connect Smoobu" and paste the two lines into the two fields. We check them with Smoobu on the spot.
- Every apartment of your Smoobu account appears with us at once, each with its calendar, its nightly prices and its minimum stay.
What happens on its own from then on
- Your calendar comes across every hour: a night sold on Airbnb, Booking.com or directly cannot be booked here.
- A booking made on BookNoFees is written into your Smoobu calendar within seconds, and Smoobu closes those nights on your other portals. A cancellation opens them again.
- The nightly price you set in Smoobu is the price here, date by date.
- Your minimum stay follows Smoobu too.
Nobody has to press anything, neither you nor we. If Smoobu cannot be reached for a moment, the entry is made up within twenty minutes.
Photos and your description
Smoobu does not hand out photos or texts through its interface. So we look for them ourselves: on your own website, where we find the page of each apartment by its name. Where there is no website of yours, you paste one link, the page where the apartment already stands on Airbnb or Booking.com. We fetch the photos, write a description in our own words, and the finished listing goes to our review. You do not upload a single picture.
Already listing with us?
Then nothing is created twice. An apartment whose name matches one of your listings is linked to it, and where the name is not a sure match we ask you once: is this the listing you already have, or a new one?
What it costs
Nothing. BookNoFees takes 0% commission from the amount you name, listing is free, and there is no exclusivity: Airbnb and Booking.com stay exactly as they are. The guest pays a cost contribution that is already included in the final price they see.
Your key
The two lines sign the requests we make in your name. They are stored sealed, used only to read your calendar and to write your bookings, and never shown again, not even to you. You can disconnect at any time; your listings stay.
